On 21 February 2020, the School of Software held an online orientation for class 18&19 students of visual communication design study-abroad program. Its orientation aimed at summarized teaching and learning of last semester, and announced the arrangement of the new semester. Vice-dean of School of Software, Chen Huan, Director of the Admissions Office, Bi Xinyu, Director of the Department of Art Design, Shu Gangxu, Head of the Student Affairs Office, Wang Wei, Head of the Consulting Office, Zhao Jing, Program Coordinator, Du Leixin and counsellors attended to the orientation.
Firstly, Vice-dean of School of Software, Chen Huan introduced arrangement of postponing term begins due to coronavirus outbreak, including enrollment, teaching plan of the new semester, online curriculum.
Afterwards, Director of the Department of Art Design, Shu Gangxu recognized and highly appreciated students’ studies via summarizing the final assessment and attendance.
During the orientation, our staff members answered students question patiently on learning and studying of the new semester, applying offers, IELTS test.
