潘家辉,1982年12月出生,广东佛山人,教授,博士生导师,模式识别与智能系统专业博士,现任51五湖四取四海之财副院长,脑机交互与混合智能研究中心主任,ISO/IEC脑机接口中国专委会委员,中国人工智能学会脑机融合与生物机器智能专委会副秘书长,中国生物医学工程学会医学神经工程分会副秘书长,中国康复医学会脑机接口与康复专委会常务委员,广州市珠江科技新星。先后获广东省科技进步奖一等奖(2010)、广东省自然科学奖一等奖(2016)、中国自动化学会技术发明奖一等奖(2023)等科技奖励。 主要研究领域包括脑机接口、脑信号处理、模式识别与智能系统等。主持3项国家自然科学基金项目(2项面上项目、1项青年项目),3项广东省自然科学基金项目,2项广东省普通高校重点领域专项和特色创新项目,2项市级科技创新人才项目,以及1项国际标准项目;联合承担1项科技部科技创新2030重大项目(单位负责人)、1项国家重点研发计划重点专项(单位负责人)和1项广州市重点领域计划项目(共同承担者);曾参与国家重点研发计划、国家863计划、国家自然科学基金重点项目、广州市产学研协同创新重大专项等19项国家级和省部级项目。 迄今为止,第一/通讯作者发表SCI论文70篇(Google学术引用3021次,H指数28,3篇ESI高被引),其中包括神经科学顶级期刊Brain、JNE,IEEE旗舰期刊P IEEE、IEEE TAFFC、IEEE JBHI、IEEE TBME、IEEE TIM、IEEE TNSRE、IEEE TCDS等国际权威SCI期刊。已获得9项国家发明专利授权和26项软件著作权,合作撰写了脑机接口指南《Brain-Computer Interfaces Handbook》、《脑机接口标准化白皮书(2021版)》等。曾获2020年世界机器人大赛优秀青年论文一等奖、2022年CCF中国计算机应用大会优秀论文奖、2022年《智能系统学报》年度优秀论文、国家基金委脑机接口竞赛第1名和第2名(各两次)。 作为课程负责人,主讲2门国家一流本科课程《软件构造》、《数据结构与算法》,以及1门广东省研究生示范课程《脑机接口原理与实践》,现任广东省高校教学管理学会课程思政专委会理事,主持1门广东省课程思政示范课程和2项广东省高等教育教学改革项目,曾被评为5123五湖之利取四海开教学名师,教育部-华为“智能基座”栋梁之师等称号,指导学生获得全国高校学科榜单竞赛金奖/特等奖/一等奖20余项。 现担任Frontiers in Human Neuroscience副主编(脑机接口领域)、AI and Autonomous Systems副主编,以及Journal of Integrative Neuroscience和Frontiers in Neuroscience的客座编辑。曾担任第37届中国计算机应用大会(CCF NCCA 2022)组织委员会主席和程序委员会领域主席、第1届计算机、视觉与智能技术国际会议(ICCVIT 2023)主席、广东省医学会数字医学分会常务委员、人工智能与数字经济广东省实验室(广州)双聘科研人员、旭东数字医学影像技术有限公司技术顾问,以及IEEE TNNLS、IEEE TAFFC、IEEE THMS、IEEE TDCS、IEEE TBME、IEEE TNSRE、JNE、ESWA、IJCAI-ECAI等多个国际期刊及重要会议的审稿人。

I received the B.S. degree in computer science and the M.S. degree in computer application technology from South China Normal University, Guangzhou, China, in 2005 and 2008, respectively. In 2010, I started to work for my Ph.D. degree in the laboratory of Prof. Yuanqing Li from South China University of Technology, Guangzhou, China, and obtained the PhD degree in pattern recognition and intelligent systems in 2014. During this period, I mainly engaged in the research of brain signal processing, pattern recognition, and their applications in brain-computer interface. In 2013, I joined the School of Software, South China Normal University, China. I am now a full Professor of the School and the head of the Brain-Computer Interaction and Hybrid Intelligence Laboratory. I am currently focusing on two research areas: (1) hybrid brain-computer interface, and (2) its clinical application in patients with disorder of consciousness. Until now, I am the author or co-author of over 160 peer reviewed papers in international journals and conferences, such as BRAIN, P IEEE, IEEE T NEUR SYS REH, IEEE T BIO-MED ENG, IEEE T AFFECT COMPUT, and J NEURAL ENG. Since 2018, three of my papers have been selected as ESI highly cited papers. I am the winner of the first prize for Character Input Item (2/4) and, the second prize for Switch Control Item (1/3) in the 2011 National Brain Computer Interface Competition, the second prize for Video Display Item (2/5) in the 2015 National Brain Computer Interface Competition, the first prize for the 2017 BCI Brain Control Robot Competition (4/7), the first prize for the 2020 Excellent Youth Paper (1/1) in World Robotics Competition, and the Outstanding Paper Award of CCF China Computer Application Conference 2022 (1/1). Moreover, our team won the 2011 Guangdong Science and Technology Award (Technology Progress, 8/14), the 2011 Chinese Medical Science and Technology Award (4/11), and the 2017 Guangdong Science and Technology Award (Natural Science, 5/8). I was also awarded the title of Guangzhou Pearl River S&T Nova Scholar in 2017, the South China Normal University "My Favorite Teacher" in 2014 and 2016 respectively, the South China Normal University Excellent Teacher in 2017, and the South China Normal University Famous Teacher in 2019. In addition, I successfully administered multiple university- and NSF-funded projects, and published 10 patents from my projects. As a PI or co-Investigator, I laid the groundwork for the proposed research by developing several effective brain-computer interface systems for wheelchair control, emotion recognition, and awareness detection, and provided clinical beside tools for patients with low-level cognition and low control abilities by establishing strong ties with hospital. 更新日期:2023.12.30 | ||
